This has got to be the worst run Company In the universe. I tried to change my billing address for four straight months, and could not get one person out of a total of ten to understand.
Then they charged me a late fee, because I didn't get my bill, because they didn't change my address. I then got their mailing address and sent my bill on my own after the third month in a row of not getting a bill.
They then called me and harrassed me saying I was late again, they had not received my payment, as I'm looking on line that the check went through. One more month of this *** and you can have the piece of *** car back !!!!
