The Consumer cannot talk to these people. 9 times out of 10 they are foreign and don't understand what you need or what you are saying.

No matter what you tell them, your payment has been sent, posted, etc. They repeat themselves. They are rude and obnoxious and now I just don't answer my phone when I see it is Nuvell.

I have ten days from the date the payment is due and I always post it within that time frame. I hate dealing with Nuvell and if I could I would re-finance somewhere else, but I have so few payments left I will just suffer the abuse.
