Nuvell Financial Services complaint by Rdawley

To the incompitant employees at Nuvell.

Every month I make my payment on line, before the DUE DATE. Actually a WEEK before the due date to allow the allotted time to post to my account.

These people obviously do not look at updates on their computers before they make these harassing phone calls. Every time they call me, I give them the confirmation number and then and only then do they seem to see it on the screen.

I do not work for Nuvell, THEY do.

Maybe they need to do thier job or go back to the country that they came from.

Congress has a bill going thru that will require on line payments to be posted the same day they are submitted. This will also pertain to payments made over the phone.
