In all, I talked with six people associated with Novel and even some military thingy I was wrongly referred to(and, boy did they tell me how wrong I was to have, excuse me, called them)and only one customer service rep was what I'd consider to be anything beyond absolutely stunning in their incompetence.. I even asked to speak to a supervisor about halfway through the ordeal, and was denied that privilege?.
UGH". I would NEVER knowingly have a loan from this outfit'. And, to think that my interest is PAYING for this.....service? Shameful. 1297222

These people are completely ignorant in the customer service department. I don't know what is going on there but these people seriously need help. You know, if I could understand what they were saying it might help a little!! I'll be the happiest person alive when my truck is paid off and I never have to deal with this company again. They are so bad that I would go the rest of my life without another new car before I financed anything with them again!! |

After signing up again my first payment drafted succesfully. Over the holiday they simply stopped billing me and I got a 30 day late on my credit. I payed them for 3 months up front and asked that they erase this since it was an error from their merger. Now three weeks later I have called 12 times spoke with over 20 people with 10 hours on the phone no progress. Now I have a home purchase that has been planned for three years falling out over this. Looks like I will be renting until I can have an attorney handle this |
