The company was incorporated in 1997. At the present time, the corporate office of the company is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Nuvell provides superior auto finance services by developing strong relationships with our retail customers and dealers. GMAC purchased the operating assets of LSI, a third-party service provider of auto and residential mortgage receivables and loans, and thus Nuvell Financial Services LLC was established.
Nuvell Financial Services operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary. In 1998, Nuvell created its Private Label division to leverage Nuvell's expertise in retail auto financing. In December, 2000, Nuvell completed the acquisition of National Auto Finance Company Inc. At the present time, the company operates offices in California, Florida, and Texas. |
